Farmers should select well-drained sandy, sandy loam, and light loam soil for groundnut cultivation. During soil preparation, deep ploughing should be done. To achieve higher yield, cultivate the recommended varieties of groundnut e.g Bari 2011, Pothohar and Bari 2016.
