Farmers are instructed to keep the amount of water at 100 to 120 liters per acre to control weeds in wheat crop

According to agriculture experts, the weeds in the wheat crop reduce yields by 30 to 40 percent. Therefore, farmers should ensure the timely eradication of weeds for better yield. Farmers should pay special attention to eradication of crop weeds through modern agricultural equipment to achieve bumper crop. Appropriate spraying should be done immediately after the first irrigation, for weed control in consultation with agriculture experts and water amount should be kept at 100 to 120 liters per acre. Make sure to spray after the second irrigation to remove the pointed leaf weeds. Afternoon is considered the suitable time for spraying.
